NOC 3012 got capped on Nov 26, few days after which was Dec 11 was when they released on the CIC website that there are 254 pending applications awaiting MI (means completeness check have been done). I think the reasons we don't have much information about noc 3012 and 3233 is because...

I don't understand, if CIC does not consider 3 years of hospital study and training as diploma then what is it? High school certificate? Where in some cases some diplomas of 2 years in other countries have been considered as diploma by CIC, so I'm wondering why 3 years won't be considered as...

No updates still, even some September applicants are still waiting to be CC'd , even the ones that have been CC'd and PER'd are not active in this forum hence no updates. I hardly see posts from people that applied in this NOC, according to CIC there was about 254 pending applications awaiting...
