Just submitting the webform from the same page as usual. There are two questions before you fill out the webform; one is asking you whether your case belongs to the following four categories and another one is to ask you whether your case is processed outside of Canada. If you choose no here, all webforms will go to Etibicoke for further distribution. Most general inquiries will be replied to by calling center agents who only say it is in progress. But if you choose no, you can choose a specific office outside Canada. My SVO is NY, so I chose NY, but it doesn't matter much. I also selected Sydney, Australia once, and they kindly forwarded the webform to RROC. Since this type of webforms are forwarded directly to RROC, they will respond to you themselves. Though you may still receive a useless response, you might receive something better than the calling center agent and also within a shorter period.
Guess your case is a bit different since you have got the COPR and even the first portal email.
I support this. However, it might be an effort in futility if our applications are less than 7 months which is the standard processing time. This can only work after that time elapses with now show.
I'm not sure any of us right now has crossed that 7 month mark, except there's anyone of whose AOR is before January this year still with RROC.

If I may ask you guys, where did you guys see RC8695 code in your gcms notes?
Last notes on my gcms notes are from 29 May (date when all things completed on my tracker) which says:
***Officer review*** Appears RVF, in que for PACE review.
Eligibility previously passed
criminality passed
Integrated search completed- no adverse info
Meds passed
I cant find RC8695 anywhere.

I still dont see anything like that.
1st page of my gcms notes has no section called application assignment.
As per last two notes my case was processed by CIO and sent to RROC on 18-05-23 for officer review and on 29 - 05-23 the officer review at RROC states

so nowhere in GCMS notes I can see RC 8695.
I think the RC code is the Responsibility Center code for the VO. This the code is RROC RC code.
My notes is exactly like yours! It was being processed by CIO then transferred to RROC on may 25, then I got the same officer review you posted. Can't see RC 8695 either
I don't see that code or application assignment section either. I know @bleach ordered notes from CBSA not IRCC so those are a bit more detailed than the GCMS notes you and I received. Maybe @Championship also got CBSA notes?
It is on the first page where I have an “assigned to“, “assigned by”, and a “due date”. The assigned to is RC-8695, the assigned by looks like a agent code, and the due date is Jul. 01.
