hello, i need your advice on my part of refusal at the accra ghana office that my marriage is not genuie, i am a Nigeria and now we need to appeal the refusal but dont know how to start it up, we are looking at getting a lawyer for the process, or do u think we would have a better chance of winning if we do it all by ourself.

If they deemed your relationship "not genuine" appealing is the way to go, in my opinion.

My husbands authorization to return to Canada was refused due to no compelling reason for him to return. Which is complete crap. My husband has no criminality or ties to terrorism. They still have not made a decision on the PR. I assume they will deny the PR.
I getting my self mentally prepared that we will need to appeal. Those that appeal is the sponsor in Canada or are both outside Canada. I assume it will make our case stronger if im living in Canada.

Yeah...that was the reason " relationship not genuine". And appeal was the suggestion given by ircc but we are considering to re-apply. Plz would this be an issue???

Do not reapply... they will probably refuse you. Appeal is your best bet

Thanks . I sent the VO a message through their webpage. They replied my husband today that his passport has been sent to VAC on the 5th of march. But no words from the VAC yet
