Thank God for his mercy I got medical request today after 9 months after we won our appeal.
Praise God

All canadian case for pakistan resident get treated in London. So your visa office is london. InshALLAH after medical i think its background check so they probably wont ask u for any more documents wich is good the document are usually asked before the medical..

I book the ticket next month 5 November and meet the family ASAP. Last month I receive the letter and then I give the resignation to company this month last month for working ,

I have not seen anyone on this forum got refused of their Appeals here but was told when your appeal is refused, you can’t appeal again and would like to know how true it is and if anyone has any idea about the next line of action to take when ones appeal is refused?

Not really cause am from the Caribbean and my file when to Mexico my lawyer told me that they have close half of the embassy and the rest embassy is overloaded so they send your file to different visa office

When appeal is refused you can go to federal court.. its the next step. But honestly dont overthink thats all i can say.. just take it step by step...

A immigration office and embassy are two different things no? I doubt they transfert your file from one immigration office too an other.. maybe im wrong...
