Marriage is not genuine

What were the reasons given for their finding? How did they determine the marriage wasn’t genuine?

I don’t recall seeing anything that says you can’t reapply after a refused appeal, but unless there are marked changes from the prior application, the results would be the same.

When appeal is refused you can go to federal court.. its the next step. But honestly dont overthink thats all i can say.. just take it step by step...
Ok thanks for your advice but, this whole thing is soo frustrating

My appeal was dismissed. What I should do next?
Oooh my God this what I hate to hear and I think this the first time I’m hearing this take heart my dear you shall surely win

You can apply for judicial review. It will depend on if the court agrees to hear your case and the outcome will be based on whether the decision is valid in law. Personal reasons won’t be reviewed.
Personal reasons like what, I don’t get u

Judicial review only considers whether IRCC/IRB made a decision valid in law. Personal hardship, separation, medical issue, etc aren’t part of the process. Generally they don’t allow new evidence about your case. Given your application was refused and you had your appeal dismissed, a JR will likely be difficult to achieve a positive result.
So how long did you know each other before you were married? And when was the last time you were together. I’m assuming, since you haven’t clarified, IRCC feels you married to prevent her deportation.
