Our case is not reopened yet either. Received our Notice of Decision July 22, 2019. And I guess it's in ottawa. So we are still waiting for the email to update forms.

Im wondering if you could tell me a little about the appeal process..
From when you submitted the forms, how long before they got back to you and sent your package with the transcript of what went on in the interview?

There is a bar at the top with numbers. Click the last number and it should take you to the latest post. For Appeal,
When you submit, you get acknowledgement between 2-3 weeks.
Then, they might ask you to submit documents. Then you get your blue book (your whole case files + notes) after 120 days. The. You are selected for ADR (6 months) or full hearing (12+ months).
You can represent yourself or hire a lawyer.

2019/7/26(Friday) evidence sent by Express mail to IAD in Vancouver, delivered in person in Calgary.
2019/7/29(Monday morning) Vancouver delivery received
2019/7/29(Monday afternoon) Appeal won. Decision letter received. Case required to proceed.

our case refused 2018-apr-11 by colombo visa office we appeal against visa officer decision and won
2019-jun-14 now cic-Mississauga request some updated forms and new medical , pcc also.
we used a lawyer for our case . my question is cic-m also request IMM 5476 Form
I dont know how to fill this form please help me to fill this form .

mine was Mississauga 13th my BGC Started After That no response from CIC-M
Again I am Worried some people got there PPR with in 2-7 Days After BGC Changed To Process .
