Ok so now pray that everything thing goes fast and smooth because make us too much tired
Pray for me too
From what I've read, after this step, it CAN take 6-12 months. Inshallah it will be sooner. It will be 2 year in January since we first applied. I'm anxious to get home! Good luck with your app! Hope you hear good news soon!

Were at this same stage too, but I feel like their road blocking us every chance they can! They requested 3 countries records even though they already then, asked the 490 payment, even though we paid last year, and after sending in new forms 2 weeks ago, they are saying we were missing something and that we need to resend, even though I'm 1000% sure everything was there. Shipping cost to London from where we are is soooo expensive so I triple checked just to make sure this didn't happen. 1 step forward, 10 steps back :( I just hope this is over soon. if you could post your updates so we can build a timeline, it would be so helpful. Good luck

You mean RPRF by processing fees? Could there be any problem if we submit all relevant documents (we know from the experience of others) when they request updated forms, PCC, medical, etc, even if they forget to ask us one or more of them?

Yes RPRF. each case is different. They may ask someone else for something different that's not needed for your file. I've learned to only send what they ask for. I emailed them once asking if I should send things they didn't request thinking they forgot, or would ask for later, and they said if we need that we'll let you know.

We are all sorry to hear the unfortunate news mrsrangi, for all the appeal cases that I had read online, only 1 or 2 cases got rejected when there are children involved and they got dismissed not because of Subsection 4(1) bad faith but other for clauses.

I have to agree with True Love maybe reapplying after living with your husband for a few years will yield a better chance, unless you can prove there exist some procedure error in the Judge decision; otherwise it is very difficult to win in the federal court, because they will not look into any of your evidence.

hi Im new to the forum ,
can you please explain what does a rejection because of clauses mean ?
