Oh ok but I am also not link my account to gckey because in the past I have lawyer I talk about cic account where they only show you that your application is in process OR Decision made

You need to send the “Representative cancellation” form to cic in order to get access to your gckey account. As you had a representative/lawyer previously so he was the one handling all the communication to cic on your behalf.

I think my lawyer are not involved anymore because during my appeal all communication my wife do and even during hearing also we have no lawyer

can you please explain what does a rejection because of clauses mean ?

Even if you can proof that your marriage is genuine, the judge can still reject you for other reason because there is a 2 prong test you have to pass to win the appeal. 1. Proofing your marriage is genuine, 2. Proofing that you are not trying to help the applicant to obtain a PR status for other means of personal gain.

ADR won September 11, 2018. Was dealing with Vancouver IAD. They said the file will be sent to CPC in Ottawa. Still nothing updated on online account. What should I expect for timeline?

Almost EXACTLY 2 months before a reply usually. Then they will send you a request letter for new police check, new medical and new schedule A forms. Im told from that point, around another 6 months for final processing. I dealt with van iad too. My rep was Renée, she awesome! They did say that our app would be sent to Ottawa! But it got sent back to London, where it was being processed b4

I wonder if that processing time differs depending on how far they were into the spousal sponsorship application before refusing it? My lawyer suggested the whole process take about 4 months...

Possible. But we had already submitted medical and fingerprints when we were denied. We even got the pre arrival letter lol, how harsh eh? Sent us the pre arrival, and then 2 days later! Denied. Lol.

My iad office was Vancouver also. Applied in February, got an adr in August

I heard from cic exactly 2 months after the approval. So hopefully you hear something soon as well
