Morning, will everyone receive a second blue book?

Your visa should be valid for one yr from your medical. But in some cases ppl have less time. Some wait to finish up school or what not. Some land and leave. But not waiting for their pr card. Which I think is risky.

Thank you maryl...except that 1year valid visa ,they are not giving you a due date on when you are going land in Canada right

Has anyone ever been able to call the IAD and get an update on their appeal as to whether you would be having an ADR or full hearing??

Or will i just have to sit and wait until i hear from them.

I knew as soon as I received my blue book that it would be ADR, however didn’t know the date until about 2 months before hand

How can we tell from bluebook if it is ADR or full hearing. I have hearing on 22nd January.
My appeal request was accepted in Jan 2017 and received update last month about the hearing date.

Good morning this is a response to your question, you need be constantly calling the IAD office to get your worries answered. I did same thing but was asked to check back in 3-4 months time to get a date for full hearing. Hope that's helpful.

It’s not specified in the blue book but once the Montreal Office received the blue book the person I was in contact with told me it would be ADR and when approximately it would be, then I received the letter about 2 months before with exact date

My husband's visa was valid til July 26, 2018.
He did his medical on July 24, 2017. I thought he had passed it on the 27th. But I guess it's the 26th.
I have read somewhere on here just in the last week or so that some ppl had less than a month to land. And yes. You must land before the visa expires.

From IAD...they malied that your adr will be in mid jan 2018 first they said 17 december
When they first said December they have given you a date? At least it's not much longer. More time to prep.
