Ours is coming quick. I reviewed the blue book again last night and there really isn’t a whole lot there to be honest. What are you focusing on mostly?I know that a couple of us have ADR next week and so i want to wish us all the best and that it works in all our favors. Remember to study your blue book and the reason why your app was denied. For those who are still waiting im hoping that you guys here something soon too.
Im so sorry to hear thisGot a mail from IAD our ADR conference has been postponed from december 2017 to jan 2018
Per previous posts, and experience of people, focus on the concerns, reflected on your blue file.Prepare, prepare and prepare.Ours is coming quick. I reviewed the blue book again last night and there really isn’t a whole lot there to be honest. What are you focusing on mostly?
Im mostly focussing on the dates of each event. Because i can answer general questions with the snap of an hat. I go to Jamaica every 6 months so im trying to remember the exact dates i went. Also the kids birthdays and stuff like that. Most of the concern that the officer had i already answered in my cover letter that i sent to them. But really and truly i know they turned us down because of our age difference so im focussing on that tooOurs is coming quick. Hey!! How did your ADR go? Any tips for us?Hello,
I got an ADR date on nov 6,2017. I filed appeal in dec 2016. I was preparing my documents. Any suggestions. I have photos, travel history- all my trips, bills, money gram. What else I can do. Any letter from friends or relatives. Or MP.
Thx
What’s the age difference though? I know lots that are 8-15 years difference that were approved but I honestly think it depends on the officer and what kind of day they are having....Im mostly focussing on the dates of each event. Yes I know my in laws DOB but not exact bdays of each of his 5 siblings....there’s lots to remember in regards to dates, travel dates, DOB of hubbies family, kids if applicable....we are human afterall and not knowing this type of exact dates doesn’t mean we aren’t “genuine”. I’m hoping all this stresssful situation is over with TuesdayIm not sure but i would rather be safe than sorry. Yea n its my hubby kids
My ERO said that my copy should be the original of everything. So i sent them a copy of each post card that i got from my husband n so km bringing the physical cards to them at the interviewJust a question for anyone who has completed their ADR interview, they request two copies and one for yourself to bring to interview (mine is via Skype) just wondering if you are even allowed to look at that info?or what’s the point of having a copy? Or is it just to review ahead of interview?
Yes I have all originals but where my interview is a Skype interview wasn’t sure if I was able to have my papers with me to reference or not?My ERO said that my copy should be the original of everything. Your visa should be valid for one yr from your medical. But in some cases ppl have less time. Some wait to finish up school or what not. Some land and leave. But not waiting for their pr card. Which I think is risky.Do we need to land Canada straight after getting permanent visa or can also adjust for a couple of month anyone did before?
