How long do you think I should wait before reapplying?

I was thinking to live a good while with my husband back home and maybe after starting a family, I would reapply. I don't have a problem living with my husband back home on a permanent bases. The reason why I want to reapply is because my family is here and my mom is not well and I would like to be near her to help her.

I think a good couple years is a minimum. Keep gathering all the evidences. When your life with your husband has significant changes, such as having babies and such, will be a big plus.

No necessarily, they would call spouse, but yes, in most cases they do, just to match replies.

Yet to attend the hearing, hoping to have 3 hour session of full hearing.

Try your best, and do not mention that you are married when applying for tourist visa, than only, chances are brighter.

I think it should tell you in the letter they send in the mail. I know for the ADR its 3 copies. 1 for CBSA, 1 for the DRO and 1 for yourself

If you have a full hearing then your spouse will be called. If you got selected for ADR then its only you, a rep from CBSA and your DRO

It was very fast for you! Lucky! I think your case is more unusual than most. I've heard 2 months minimum. Hopefully my husband and I will get lucky to celebrate the new year together in Canada!
