Hey guys ive been trying to call immigration for the last few days called them about 100 times and it always says they are unable to transfer my call. Is there any other way i can talk to them ? I just need to know if they recieved all the forms i sent them

Hi guys, I am so sad and its end of the world to me today. We receive the letter on April 2017 ask for going to ADR in May 2017, today my lawyer told me they cancelled my ADR, they want us go for full hearing. Because they want to ask question for both of us my husband and me. Another reason is that the blue note we got it, the note from HK interview was really terrible, the officer basically wrote that me and my hubby cannot answer all the questions! She such a big liar!! We did answer all the questions what she have been asked!

We been waiting for 3 years now, and our daughter is 3 years old now.

Hy guys i am in tention alot...i dont know what will happen?????Once i read or think about immgeration then i take tention alot......i am worried alot alot....IAD lady told me they will give me date between july to Agust. What will happen in full hearing i have stress alot plz help me????I filed appeal in Feb 2016....Got blue book in june 2016 still waiting...Please reply me please share your experience.

There are no appeals for inland sponsorship applications. Your spouse will have to reapply from scratch to sponsor you.

You need to stop working as soon as your work permit expires.

Thank you for the quick response. Please i have some questions I want to ask you.
1. Are these forms you mentioned the initial forms we filled out when we applied for the sponsorship or they are different form entirely? My husband was wondering if he can go ahead and start filling it down.

2. After filling this form, were is it going to? Is it Ottawa or the visa office where my application is been processed? Ghana is my visa office but my husband reside in Calgary. After the ADR, he was told that the acceptance letter will be forwarded to Ottawa and Ottawa will liase with Accra for further processing.
3. Is the updated forms going to be scanned to Ottawa? Please can you provide me Ottawa e-mail contact ?
I just want to be pro active by getting the stuff prepared down. Thanks a lot and God will speedy things up 4 u.

Hello sorry for the late response but yes they're the original forms and when they contact you via mail or email they will tell you where to send your updated info, I mailed mine express post to them! As for the email address I'm not sure I,m going to try to find it myself as I'm getting anxious and inpatient now waiting as its been 3 months since our hearing! This process is a bloody nightmare this July it will be 4 yrs since we applied

Apparently after they request that you update the forms and send the bio page of your spouse's passport it can take 4-6 months to get the visa as they do a back ground and security check so I am told by others who have won their ADR. If the medical and Police check have expired they can also request new ones which will be more expense and time . We won ADR December 20,2017,it went to Havana Cuba January 24,2017 request new medical January 30,2017 at our cost this was number three, Requested updated forms imm0008,5669,5406,5476 copy of right of residence receipt,Police certificate number 4 and bio page of his passport on April 18,2017. They have had all this since April 22,2017. We are now at 5 months since winning g the ADR. The system is badly in need of repair in my opinion for a Liberal Government that keeps saying they are in favor of Family Reunification. We have been in this since July 11,2014.
