There is no exact timeline for our processing after we win our appeal. I was advised by CIC that our case is non routine so others got passport request after 42 days others almost a year. So really all we do is wait.
They will send you an email for updated forms, police clearances, copy of passport, do your medical. Submit it and wait for PPR.
As of May 3, I passed all background and security checks, just waiting for an Officer to look at my file for final review. So up to now I'm still waiting.

I have already lawyer and he submit the appeal when I give the interview and give all proofs of relationship but he is not agree now how they agree we believe god he do something then maybe immigration understand to our feelings otherwise I am not sure they do something .

My friend lawer said that they are waiting for letter for appeal win from court, they know in the court that they win the appeal, as judge declare result of appeal in court, but letter is pending , suppose if they receive letter of win by this week then do they require any other letter, or what world be further process?

What is the process after win the appeal.

The process after an appeal is won depends on the country that you are from,in some cases Ottawa will continue to process the application or the application will be sent back to the visa processing office in that country. The time limit as it is explained is up to four months after an appeal is won,if you do not get a response after the four months you can send a case specific enquiry.

hello everyone mostly case I think immigration refusal any body can explain and little case I see take ppr easily now everyone same like me 3 years I am fight with case and immigration but INSHALLAH I will win the appeal and come to Canada immigration do everything's but who love with wife and husband not less immigration now my friends ask me what happened your case process then I give simple reply I don't know god know when we will met and spend life together immigration do it guys but you are not god again I remained you .

Hubby had a 35mins session with them in Calgary yesterday and finally we were approved!!!!!!! Hubby was also applauded for arranging and labelling his file well. Glory be to God. Dream of living happily with my husband as a family is now a reality. Hubby was told the decision letter with get to him 1 or maximum of 2 weeks. Everyone on these lane i pray God will speedy things up for you in Jesus name. Rejoice with me guysssss...I am super happy...yippieeee
