Mine is also in process. Background and security check passed as of May 3. Waiting for a final review from CPC Ottawa.

I have already lawyer and he submit the appeal when I give the interview and give all proofs of relationship but he is not agree now how they agree we believe god he do something then maybe immigration understand to our feelings otherwise I am not sure they do something .

Are you waiting for your Full hearing date? or you are waiting for your decision letter after the Hearing? Don`t give up and be patient although it is hard sometimes.

Hi Guys. Its been a while here. God has finally done it! Remember i told you guys we appealed and was given ADR (Thank God fot that) Our ADR session was slated for yesterday
Hubby had a 35mins session with them in Calgary yesterday and finally we were approved!!!!!!! Hubby was also applauded for arranging and labelling his file well. Glory be to God. Dream of living happily with my husband as a family is now a reality. Hubby was told the decision letter with get to him 1 or maximum of 2 weeks. Everyone on these lane i pray God will speedy things up for you in Jesus name. Rejoice with me guysssss...I am super happy...yippieeee

Hi Itsdone could you please share your time line as i am in Calgary waiting to receive blue book. They refused my wife visa in December and i appealed their decision. I would appreciate if you could share your time line so that i can have a kind of idea on when to get a date after blue book in Calgary.

I am so glad a lot of people are winning their ADR and Full Hearing. And to those who are waiting for the Hearing dates good luck. You also did everything by yourself no help from an Immigration lawyer. Congratulations.

Thank you. Yes . My husband did everything by himself. It was a lot of work but we did it. No one tells your story better than you. We packed all we needed to. More than enough. The Lawyer billed us 7k. My hubby got angry and told me he would do it. I was skeptical at first because i dont want any error but later trusted him cos at that point the 7k was a lot to us. So no choice than to trust him and pray.

2. First approval from canada in July 2015.
3. Case transfer to Accra , Ghana in July 2015.
4. Interview in Ghana in July 2016.
5. Application refuse in July, 2016.
6. Appeal in July 2016
7. Got blue book in October 2016.
8. Package document and sent in and request for ADR sent in on November 2016 ending
9. In December 2016, a letter from the IAD saying that the case has been selected for ADR
10. Had ADR in May 15, 2017
11. Minister council consent to ADR
12. ADR was approved. All glory to God

I won my appeal February 15th and it went to Ottawa I'm still waiting ! Of course after we completed all their requirements that its been 4 weeks since they received everything they wanted

Thank you for the quick response. Please i have some questions I want to ask you.
1. Are these forms you mentioned the initial forms we filled out when we applied for the sponsorship or they are different form entirely? My husband was wondering if he can go ahead and start filling it down.

2. After filling this form, were is it going to? Is it Ottawa or the visa office where my application is been processed? Ghana is my visa office but my husband reside in Calgary. After the ADR, he was told that the acceptance letter will be forwarded to Ottawa and Ottawa will liase with Accra for further processing.
3. Is the updated forms going to be scanned to Ottawa? Please can you provide me Ottawa e-mail contact ?
I just want to be pro active by getting the stuff prepared down. Thanks a lot and God will speedy things up 4 u.
