on your case i think you need to wait for some time they will let you know if they select you an ADR or hearing

We appealed June 22, 2015. I am in Saskatchewan so the appeals here are about a minimum of 2yrs. You can try talking with mps office and see if they can inquire for you.

maryl,i have been told that under vancouver provinces including Saskatchwan are one year for full hearing,how did you know its 2years minimum

How did interview go? You should refer to your sponsor as your spouse. You must reassure your spouse that your part in interview went well. There will be a better explanation in the blue book. So in order to win appeal make sure you answer all questions correctly as well as they may ask your husband or wife.

My lawyer, as well as there's no office for IAD in Saskatchewan. So they send reps about 6 times in a year. I am not the only person from Saskatchewan on here. If you go back about 2 yrs of posts on here and read the relevant posts you will see for yourself.

Mine was delivered on june 3, still waiting for passport request.
Mine medical expires on September 6 ,
Its gonna be 1 year since we won our appeal on july 13.
Hope i get some gud news soon.
Freaking out with this tention.
My son is 4 years and he has to start his school back im canada, he is living with me in india still

Upfront medical in may 2016
Updated forms, police certificates and right of permanent residence fee submited a week ago.
What will be the next & how long will it take to complete?

It should be about 2 months from the day you send in all your documents before you get passport request. That's the average I have seen on this forum. It could be less, but the next thing will be your visa.

If you received any mail from the Appeal Division saying that they received your notice to appeal, then there will be a number on that letter. Call the AD office and tell them you want to check the status of your application. They will be able to give you a rough time line.

They will still reply to you, send a case specific inquiry. Send it to CPC Ottawa, if you go a page or two back I posted the email address. Just tell them that you are the sponsor/applicant and you would like to know the status of your application. Provide all details in the email like country of birth, date of birth of the applicant and the UCI number in the email as well as subject line.

I have emailed and got a response twice from CPC Ottawa for my husband application and my lawyer email is being used as my husband one. When they send emails for documents they send it to them, but I still email to find out status.

ECAS doesn't change once they request passport, if it does change it will be another line added saying they send you correspondence on such and such date.

My wife's application for PR has been rejected after 3 years in the process. I need to find an attorney. Any suggestions? What should I expect by way of fees. How long does the appeal take? Relationship is genuine, no misrepresentations. My second divorce was not registered so they might be treating this as an excluded relationship. We also would have qualified as common law partners, but they chose to reject the application.
