I was thinking so, but a consultant there asked my wife to submit these papers in mississauga. I am really depressed now also i haven't enough time to send it to ottawa office. I have sent them original police certificates. I don't know what to do

Maybe you can try calling Mississauga and have them forward your documents to Ottawa instead, or they could send it back to your wife and she could send it in to Ottawa herself.

Might be they will send automatically to ottawa when they will check these papers are not related to them

Hello, after winning an appeal your file will be send to ottawa. from there you will receive a letter stating which documents they require and specific directions where to send them. in my letter from ottawa it stated clearly to send all correspondence to the following address and the address was printed clearly in the letter.

You can request for an adr but you won't be gaurntee one. My lawyer sent my request for adr in after I got my bluebook.

Thx Tuoicao, I am just curious for those who ask for an adr, did you also submitted additional evidence along with your request or it is just a letter for an adr request is sufficient?

For adr you don't submit your evidences until 10 days before you adr date. My lawyer sent the letter first explaining why we should get adr. As long as your case is simple you will most likely get adr

At a standstill. I am calling the lady at mps office soon. She inquired about our case in March for me and she tell me to call her in July.
Am sharing Ramadan right now with my husband and family. Thano you for asking and your very welcome. It's nice to see people win appeals and receive the visas. One file closer to ours.
