What is the contact information for CPC Ottawa I. E. Telephone, fax and or email?

On average it seems like won appeal files reach Ottawa about 2 months after decision letter is dated do you find that to be About right? I am just thinking of when would be best to m3ake contact with Ottawa. Our case was won In mid December. Thanks for any response

Like i said before. Just count 45-50 working days to hear from Ottawa. Please do not count the holidays or weekend at all. If it pass 50 days then would be good to contact Ottawa but what you can do in the mean time is call the IAD office that was dealing with your appeal case and ask them where did the send your file because a few ppl on here file went back to the visa office back in there country.

It is usually just summarily dismissed ... unless something significant has changed since the interview.

Received our letter today certifying our appeal has been allowed.

It sure is nice to see it in writing

Congrats on getting your decision letter wintersnow.... That is how i felt when we heard that we won our appeal. I wanted the letter in writing for me to feel much better... Things will start to move once you hear from ottawa or your visa office in your country... The end is insight

We reapplied. Eleven months later my wife goes to interview again. The interview March 1. Will tell the results then.

I have visited her 4 times now, and lived with her for 7 months. We know much more of each other, and are truly compatible.I am getting notarized letters from my daughters proving our good marriage. Hope that is enough to win a visa. Wish you all good luck, which ever way you go.
