Hellow ajarupan..my wife she call office emgration..and that told .didn't make decition yet..realy .we got worry.about decition took longer...now..so my friend ajarupan.no news yet

Do not worried, after 98 days waiting after a full hearing appeal we got the letter today and guess what?? We won!!!! They allowed and considered our marriage genuine.

hello all, we had a full hearing on oct 13,2015 in Calgary. judge did not give us decision right away ask us to wait two to three month to get a decision . In my case we have a 2year old baby as well . please tell me how long they take to mail a decision letter.

hey Leainki, how are you doing. no one really know the lenght of time to get a decision from the judge after a full hearing....it can take a few days to a few months...it just depend on the judge. some ppl got there decision quicker than some....just pray that you get the result you want out of the hearing....did the minster counsel agree to let your appeal to be approve or the minister counsel still agree that your relationship is not genuine.....

ADR or IAD which is full hearing... other than these 2 no one has no choice...

hello Maddent , they said just wait for our decision as according to them our marriage is not genius . during testimany our two question were different from each other. so they were not full content , so judge said will have to wait for two to three month to get their decision. it is really frustrating for us.
