Interview required.

My wife had interview 25th June and today HK time...

We did get our refusal letter as anticipated (at least they acted quickly.) They said: (a) was entered into primarily for the purpose of acquiring any status or privilege under the Act; or (b) is not genuine.
Onto the appeal process.

Sorry to hear such sad news. Welcome to the club. We too had a reply of what I estimate to be like half a day.
But like she knew already no matter what my husband said or showed her. He answer all questions.
I also told my husband if they were going to say no, I am glad to have a quick no than a long drawn out no.

It should be about 3 months after your notification.

You should hear something about a date soon, but they will set the date for about 2 to 3 months after they notify you.

Mrs S, do you hear about your ADR yet ? I'm still waiting for the letter It has been 5 weeks after my ecas status changed to decision made and 6 weeks after the interview. They didn't tell me after the interview whether I'm refused but I have a bad feeling.
