Thank you Gsize. Was it three weeks all together or was it 15 bus days. For mine it's already 17 days and I have checked it's still not mailed out. I don't know how long it's going to take. I waited for my hearing date for 27 months.
I won the appeal on 23rd march and received the letter on 17th april (dated 15th april). I would say just wait. I called on 6th april they told me wait until end of April. if you dont receive it by then, we will do inquiry.

Hi Friends,
I received the letter from Ottawa to pay the "Right of Permanent Residency fees". I had paid $1040 when I submit my application in July 2013. And when I appeal I didn't ask for my fees refund. Then whats is this fees again. Is anyone know do I have to pay again? or this is just regular request they do for all the applicant?
Please help

Respected Seniors

I need guidance regarding my difficult situation.
My spouse applied for my visa in 2011 n it was refused. We went for appeal n won the appeal.
Before the case was transferred to local embassy. I filed a case for dissolution of my marriage because I was having too many issues with my spouse. I wanted to inform CIC about the progress of my case but I didn't have access to anything and I was not aware to whom or where I need to contact.
Meanwhile I was granted decision in my favour and my marriage was declared as void. But after 2 months of the decision due to family and social pressure I applied to court to cancel the previous orders and It was granted. Meanwhile local embassy asked for remedial n other documents. They started requesting since November n gave extension 3 times but my husband didn't inform them what's going on. Now we have last chance and last week I have done my remedial.
Now I am much worried.
Is this mis-representation as we hide things from CIC and didn't inform them either about court case or decision of divorce by court?
Is this mandatory to inform CIC at initial stage if someone contacts court for the dissolution of the marriage.
Am I still eligible to proceed with spousal immigration, keeping in view the fact that court accepted my request for dissolution of marriage and granted divorce.
What are the consequences if CIC come to know these facts by their own?

Please advice me.

you need to give it more time. It was 21 calendar days. You will probably get the letter this week or next.

Please post your timeline.

Most of the cases are re-processed in Ottawa, however sometimes it goes back to the original VO. Pray yours goes to Ottawa. More than likely, you wont hear anything from them for several months. Its so difficult but hang in there. It will be over soon. :D

Hello All,

I'm from New Delhi, my wife filled appeal in Sep 2014; Our office is Vancouver for appeal, till now we haven't heard anything from them so we are assuming that it is going to be full hearing & not ADR.

Does anyone has similar story? if you can guide me with some approximate timelines, I am dealing with very bad state of stress & depression.
