Good evening everyone,
I was just wondering could anyone let me know the approximate time it takes from appeal being recieved to passport request if appeal is successfull ? I'm not even close to that stage yet I'm just courious.

a lot will depend where the file will go for processing. If it goes to Ottawa, it will be faster but sometimes it goes to original embassy. The important thing is that you won.!!!!!!!! You will be united soon.
(Part of the reason it took so long for us was due to 'work slowdowns ' at many embassies 2 years ago )

Its better not to contact them. They have time frame, they have to submit in that period. I appealed in June and received in Oct. My lawyer said its better to not push them. Also when it comes, if your case is simple and not too many objections. Then you will be receive soon ADR date. Best of luck!
