Anyone knows about port of Spain office,my file is there to finalize since May.

if u are waiting for an appeal hearing date then their is no online status u can check sry...just call them straight and see when they will set a date for u

Is anyone dealing with the appeal office in Edmonton. And if yes, how long does it take or has it taken so far. I received a letter today saying 24 months till I am heard. Please someone reply.

at least they sent you a letter. Its more than I got. 24 months is probably pretty accurate. I had to wait 28 months in Toronto. Best to keep busy ! :

it was full hearing. ADR is usually given within 6 months. Our case was very straightforward....no kids, no ex's.

We're at 21 months waiting, for Toronto. Still no word. This coming February will make 4 years.

Also at 12 months waiting for my daughter's citizenship. Still no word.

you will get letter for Assignment court where they will give you a date for your hearing. Best to keep busy and try to stay positive. You will win as most do !
