Okay thanks good to get a confirmation from you. You still have not shared your timeline
I have received a decision letter after 3 weeks of ADR and I called CBSA they said the case has been transferred to Ottawa. Perhaps due to security issues most likely case won't go to Islamabad and you are confirming that so that is good.
Did they email for pcc and forms on Canadian email address or Pak?
Let me know when you receive a passport request I want to know if you receive it comes in Canada or in Pakistan ?

yes my dear nightmare is over at last so happy today my hubby submitted the passport to the vfs and hope to get it back by next week....

My lawyer received an email on july 22 2014 in which they said to sponsor to withdraw appeal and they will reopen the case from they closed,(reason of refusal was my spouse documents and forms did not reach to CHC Islamabad on time due to my ex lawyer mistake ) in the same letter they also asked to submit forms and documents to Islamabad Visa Office, my spouse sent all documents on 20 aug 2014 .but i heard that Pakistan Sponsorship cases have been moved to London Visa Office. Is it true?

Unfortunately, it is true. Nothing is being processed in Islamabad any more.

Is anyone dealing with the appeal office in Edmonton. And if yes, how long does it take or has it taken so far. I received a letter today saying 24 months till I am heard.
