I was wondering if anyone on here has appealed misrepresentation? If we go to a full hearing will my husband be banned from entering canada for life? Please if anyone has any experience or advice I appreciate it.

Hi Guys ,

I have a question. I was refused in September 2013 and I have appealed the case in Toronto. I refused because I was on ODSP and I was not working at the time when I sponsored my husband. It was a financial refusal. I started working on and off for a few months at different jobs and have saved some money but I was unemployed for about 3 months and I have recently found another job. So I was wondering if this good to show all my paystubs and do I have to work at one place or can I work at different places. \I| know they ask for 3months paystub before hearing date but if I don't have this available should I still explain that I managed to hold a few jobs throughout the year. Maybe if I show my savings account would this be sufficient to pass financial refusal for spouse sponsorship? Any suggestions?
