My advice to you is, to try & forget about immigration while in Tunisia, as much as possible anyway, and "enjoy" your time with your husband. This appeal process is so stressful and can really take a toll on one's health and well being. I know it's impossible to forget about it 100%, as you still need to gather more proof, like keeping all receipts, taking lots of 'natural' photos of the 2 of you and with family & friends, and also don't miss an opportunity to get more supporting letters from anyone who has seen the two of you together and how you interact. Just being together is preparing for the appeal in my opinion, because the more real time you 2 spend together and get to know each other more, the better you will do! Have fun in Tunisia.... ;)

Hi,

Which city are you appealing in? I appealed in September 2012 and called last month and they said my file is with the scheduling department . Still haven't heard anything. I also hired a lawyer and asked him to make a follow up call or email and he said not to bother them as they might push to a court hearing instead of ADR. I tried calling them again and now nobody answers the phone. Just goes to a recording on the other side. This is so frustrating. I feel my lawyer is not following up either. So frustrating. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :(

My appeal was also from new delhi. I live in Vancouver. New delhi didn't send me my documents back for over 4 months and then they send it. After we received the file it was pretty quick. It went to early resolution then in a week it went to scheduling after about a week they give us a time for ADR. Which was after one month. From my ADR until now it has been one week. I am waiting for my paper to come which office are u dealing with if its Vancouver for ADR its usually about 1 to 2 months for full hearing its about Maybe 2 to 3 months. Hope everything is quick.

That doesn't seem so bad..... can I ask where does your spouse reside? And so did you get interviewed in the ADR? How was that experience?
