AND I DIDNT DO ANYTHING POORLY BUT THE INTERVIEWER WAS A CLEAR RACIST WHO DISCRIMINATED ME AND OTHERS TOO
AND WE GONNA MENTION THIS DURING OUR APPEAL

but does the sponsor has any kids from previous marriage?

having kids from previous mariage has nothing to do with it ,it was never mentioned at interview..it has to do with not believing in our mariage because of race and age..

wow,,,im so sorry Hamada,,,this is really unbelievable.being there only for 2 weeks and deny all of those people and then leave?!!!!!!!!this doesn't make sens,did he just leave for summer holiday and get back to the embassy after that,or you meant he left once forever?maybe people were complaining about him and that's why the government did fired him!!!!!

Hi All just share

Last month we won ADR appeal on 4th June. And ytd my wife received the mail that I need to resubmit form IMM0008 IMM5669 and IMM 5406. Also i need to redo medical and re submit Police clearence certificate.

Now we need to deal with Ottawa office : Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa
Is it something different then the normal immigration office.

How long do they process the file and idea. ?

Hey Guys
i just found out today that a guy has been refused at the interview at Rabat Visa office,and in one week he received a call asking him to go get his visa.
he had a lawyer from the beginning who made all the application for him.
but im wondering hwo could them change their decision in just one week...he was refused and one week later received a call for the visa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL it is much better than us! My husband received a phone call in June 2011 from the VO in Rabat telling him to pay for the visa fees as soon as possible as he could go to Canada with me. Then, two months later he received another phone call to ask him to come for interview. His interview was scheduled in September and in November he received refusal letter. Go figure!

It's for everyone who's app. is being processed through the new Case Processing Pilot in Ottawa. They are processing my application as well, after we won our appeal in February of this year. Not sure how long it will take yet since they just started processing mine, but inshallah it will be sooner than if it had've been sent back to Paris for reprocessing.

We received our passport request today. We are so shocked and happy that it only took Ottawa Case Processing centre about 6 weeks to finalize my husband's app. after receiving it. He can pick up his visa tomorrow at the Cdn. Embassy in Tunis. We never thought things would go this quickly, but we couldn't be happier! He could be here by our 4th wedding anniversary on August 8th! yayyyy!!!! ;D I hope everyone else who is still waiting to be reunited with their spouses, a speedy & successful final process, like I had.
