I just received my notes and I do not understand something (it s being 7 months since VO started proccesing my application ) . At the fees section they are like 6 section of fees : the first 3 they look like Old Value: Outstanding, New Value: Paid...butthey are another 3 section with fees and they look like : Old Value: (there is nothing), New Value: Outstanding. What does that mean? My husband said he paid everything so we are quite a bit confused.

they said our marriage was not genuine..

A lot of people who got refused was based on their marriage not being genuine. My advise is to gather everything and anything that would prove otherwise....

Don't worry about it. Mine said the same thing. Everything is paid.

The next step is that they will ask you for updated forms, re-medical (if it is already expired), police certificate and then they will issue you your visa.

Just send them whatever they asked for, those are the only things they will need to finalize your file. Once you send those in, it shouldn't be long before they issue you your visa.

I am from pakistan and my visa office is london, they didn't mentioned where these documents to be send. Can you pls tell me where should i send in which VO london or toronto or ottawa???

I am not sure which VO you have to send your documents too...check on the letter/email that you received from them...the address should be on there where to send the documents too...

In my case my letter had the Ottawa address and the letter specifically said to send my documents to that address...

After Medical and Police Clearance on February 28, 2016.

Still says process on my ecas.

I emailed Immigration on Sunday, May 29, 2016. They replied. "Preliminary Background check is in progress. We will contact your office once it is done."

What does this mean? ???

That's weird my husband did his med and police in March and submit his imm paper work in April this year and in May he got his passport request.

I am not sure which VO you have to send your documents too...check on the letter/email that you received from them...the address should be on there where to send the documents too...

In my case my letter had the Ottawa address and the letter specifically said to send my documents to that address...

There is nothing on letter like that but there is an address in email that i have received but they didn't mentioned that you have send these documents to the mentioned address. Updated forms means they will tally these forms with the previous application or these forms are just a formality?

SPOUSE APPEAL CASE

Dear Sir
I submitted Notice of Appeal against decision by CIC to refuse permanent visa to my spouse. After that Feb 23.2016 I received a letter from IAD in which IAD on Feb 23.2016.In which IAD requested to provide written submission and documents in support of my position to the IAD Registry Office and to the Minister’s counsels by March 24,2016,the Minister’s counsel will have twenty-eight(28) to respond in writing to IAD and me (Appellant).
But till today date May 30, 2016 I did not get any response from IAD and Minister’s counsels.
My questions
1-Did we made any mistake because of this type of delay happened..
2-Is it normal behavior from IAD and Minister’s counsels,
3-Is there any way to ask for this delay.
4-please advise if any to expedite our case?

Do you know where the file is being processed, is it Ottawa or your Visa Office?

I think they request those updated forms to see if there were any changes from the original ones you submitted. A lot of the times there will be minor changes, given the fact that most of our appeal cases takes over 4 years to complete.

What is your timeline. When you applied. Interview, why refused. What day appealed. What province arw you in? What you are saying is that IAD asked you to provide your proof?

Over 80 Days after Interview , No DM yet ... Ordered GCMS note but was not helpful.. I do not know how If I've Passed Interview or not , Being In Anxiety from 80 Days is not a piece of cake , it is Depressing .. At least they should tell me that If my Eligibilty Is Pass.. I was wondering after Interview we will not be in Limbo about Applicant Eligibility but ................... I again Requested GCMS note might be this time I will find something and sent Enquiry about Eligibilty .

I have no idea where my file is being processed they sent me a letter and email as well. There is no address of any VO in letter but in Email there is an address but they didn't mentioned anything like send docs on the mentioned address or else.
Secondly, they gave me a copy of my previous application i don't know what they want to do, i have 2 things to change in updated forms that is already mentioned in previous application what do you think if they will tally these forms with the previous forms and find there is a slight change in my statements, then what they can do? Or if there is any risk then what will you suggest me to do?
And pls tell me when you won your appeal after how much time you got your visa??
