Had full hearing in Toronto end of april (waited 2 years). Got letter after 2 weeks appeal allowed that wd b great if some one can answer what to expect next? Thanks in advance.

Did you attend the full hearing directly or they ask you to come to check if your ready for hearing than they gave you full hearing date?
I am full hearing case as well, but just received a letter asking me to submit any documents that I am going to use in hearing and also there are going to schedule for hearing if everything if ok.

Any idea how long it will take to hear from them about either ADR or full hearing.
Because I waited almost 18 months to receive a letter asking me to come and meet them and if i have documents and evidence to submit...

my spouse directly attended the hearing as we hired a lawyer. We had full hearing in end of april we got letter for hearing in december(4 months before the hearing).

if u hired a lawyer then he will manage all that for u if u r doing it ur self then they ask u to select the date for hearing and u have to submit all needed documents and evidences 20 days before ur hearing date.

I won my appeal in April 2016 and I have now received my response from the IAD. I have a few question

1/ Since my original application was made in London, do I have to forward the letter from IAD to the London office

2/ My partner is no longer in London and is here with my in Toronto, will she be required to go back to London to do the medicals and get the visa

3/ How long before we hear from cic with regards to request for additional information and to do medical examiniation
