Did u see any case doing appeal after 30 days time period and got approved. we had done appeal with the help of a good lawyer after three months mentioning the fact that my husband was overseas and cudnt file on time.

it depends on mailing process in your country & you dont need to wait till it comes to canada & get a copy of the refusal letter which your spouse already got & download the appeal form from internet and apply for appeal.

And if you get an ADR, & if you win by that, you'll get your visa by 6-7 months from the date you won the ADR...
good luck... & ready with your paper work from now & keep busying .... you'll definitely get through dont worry ..... do it with clear mind........

Hi guys I got ADR and the date they give us is march 24 in Toronto.I got ADR within three months after I appeal I dnt know if dis z a gud sign or they already decided to refuse my case once again. I m so worried. I hire toronto's best lawyer Mendel green. He said dat he can't guarantee but he think we can win. We hv a big age differ and his parents were not agreed + my second marriage and three kids and his first marriage. What u guys think if I go and visit him b4 my ADR z gonna make any differ as my lawyer asked me to go n visit him. M so worried plz reply .

I appealed on sep 8, 2014 and received letter in dec 12 stating dat I got ADR on March 24 2015.

My hubby got refusal in June and I got refusal letter in August 14. And I appeal in September.

I paid him $350 for consultation only and for ADR m paying him $5500+14% tax and if full hearing den he charge $8500 + tax + interpreter fee

My ADR date is on march 23rd. I'm pregnant and my lawyer said to get the DNA. My gynecologist doesn't know anything about immigration DNA. Please anyone can help me. I also heard its risk of miscarriage. If someone can please advise me. I will really appreciate. Thank you
