Thanks , Evidence is recent or from beginning till now??? and i spoke to mary keyork she suggested reapply coz if you lose cant reapply, i cant talk and all i am very nervous person so i am very stressed and confused on what to do and how to decide wot to do reapplying wont help i guess but for appeal i am thinking will we suceed?

i have no idea what are you refused under there is nothing to be nervous about...mary is full of shit i had enough with her after my hearing ....but your wish after all.. i worked really hard in my case with my evidence start to end my case is really complicated if i can win i think you can..

We were turned down in our appeal so I am looking into the options right now.

1. we can reapply but this would only be worthwhile if our case is strengthened.
2. we can appeal the decision. Not sure what the consequences of losing this are.
3. we can try applying for a different type of visa. Possibly student. Not sure if this would be acceptable given that we have had 3 visitor's visa refusals and now an appeal refusal.
4. my husband can apply to the US and I could go there if he is approved.

That's all I know. Our file was not complicated but since we are not a stereotypical couple, we were judged harshly.

It's not like I have a legal document to prove her wrong.... Do I just say what we know is the truth an what my husbands true answers were at time of interview? I don't mean to be a bother I'm just stressed out and heart broken. I need advice on how to do this. The blue book contains her notes that are so full of lies.

I won my appeal with the lawyer and advice with my experience don't concentrate on her/his lies the ADR will not accept this explanation just collect more evidence about your relationship and prove it is genuine

I totally agree with you milenka...even it is a adr or a full hearing they won't give much care what the visa officer had put in the caips notes...after all you have to address all the concerns what the visa officer has on the notes so like milenka said please collect more and more evidence and concentrate on your case....good luck

hey kisteshsia i know exactly how you feel i been there as well it is a very hard process please keep your self busy don't let anything get in your way collect more evidence and be strong i will keep you in my prayers.....where are you appealing from?

can u help me whts that mean (but his lawyer submit his letter on 2 dec.2014) is the hearing is like that much fast...
