Wow, thats a long time after appeal won.

My husband is a Nigerian PA. We had our appeal on January 15, 2021 at which time we thankfully received an oral decision to allow the appeal and resume processing of our sponsorship application. We received the Reasons And Decision letter on January 27, 2021

Are any of you going through this process with the Accra, Ghana visa office? Can you share what your timeline is, and where you are now?

Wow thats good news. When did you start the appeal process? How long did it take to get the hearing date? During the hearing was ur PA on the phone or its video call? How many days was your hearing. My husband is PA but in kenya. We send our appeal by help of a lawyer on Dec 6th 2020. Nothing upto now.

This is forum which one can fill out to send their concerns to PM..I filled it out and emailed to them regarding the slow processing by IRCC on spousal files then they send me an email stating that they forwarded it to Minister of IRCC for consideration. Im not sure if it will help but maybe if everyone email them raise some voice then might make some impact. I am also waiting for an update from missisauga but no update from so long.

blue book on 28th may , 2020
hearing date sept 28,2020 on mine done in 7.5 hours
spouse hearing date Jan 15th 2021
now waiting for almost 3 weeks for the results

And in the hearing they mostly focus on the question from Blue Book what the rejections are for .
