More fee to pay you have to pay rights of permanent residence fee which is 490 CND and the ticket money 1500.00 CND aswell that's all I have paid in 2017. Thank you

Thanks for responding. When did you start your appeal process? Did you choose to schedule your hearing in March or was that the first availability?

We started the appeal process in March 2020, when we received the refusal of the PR. The longest part was waiting to receive our blue book( took 4 months) and fighting with VO to receive our refusal letter. I had to get our MP involved with that. The hearing scheduled in March 2021 was the first available date.

Thanks for sharing. I'm very new to this and slowly learning more about the process. My understanding is that they have 120 days (4 months) to send you the blue book, so they used the entire 4 months to do that. Good luck with your hearing.

Finally got some news about our file...it was sent to Mississauga office yesterday....so I'm preparing myself for the long wait as CPC-M seem very slow lately. Apparently they are only processing emergency applications.

Not going through Ghana but I just wanted to say congratulations on the appeal. We won appeal on January 4th and our file was just sent back to CPC-M for processing last week. I'm not expecting to hear back for the next month or two.

nothing as yet...but some of you guys have been waiting way longer than I have. My file was just sent to CPC-M last week
