Me and my mother applied for TRV From lahore vfs
10th april 2014...Passport and documents submitted
11 th april ... Documents recieved
13th april... Your application is in process。zzzzzz
And yesterday on 24th your processed decision has been despatched from canadian embassy islamabad to your selected vfs office lahore.

Then there is no telling. Usually if you applied for a study / work permit and passport is back without medical call, it is sure shot a rejection.
Moreover, usually people get approval email called "Letter of introduction" for wp / study permit.

None of these is required for TRV. So the good thing is, you might have been approved. But this is just speculation.

They might still refuse both or might approve mother only. You have to get package from VAC to know for sure. Either there would be a paper on the top explaining reasons for refusal or it would say approved and passports would contain stamped visas.

It doesn't add any info nor will you get any through these automated messages.

The only confirmation that one might receive online or through email would be in case of study / work permits, because you receive a copy of "Letter of intro" there.

Collect your passports and you would only know then.

My. Visa rejected coz of no strong ties with home country.
But my mom got her trv valid for 6 months

Canadian embassy is useless... They rejected mine today for no reason. i had all supporting documents invitation letter from my siblings. They will do what they want they dont need any document or anything else, all depends on the visa officer.

Sorry to hear about your visa, What documents did you submit I mean regarding your Ties in Home Country ?

For a pretty younger person with no strong ties to home country (job, assets etc.) that is the default behavior of CIC or even US. I am sorry to hear that, but that is currently how embassy operates.

To some extent i also believe they are justified BECAUSE BECAUSE .. there have been so many of our fellow beings who want some way to get out of the country.

There is a long history of cases where people go on visit status and they do whatever to stay there - including illegally.

Unfortunately, that impacts genuine people (such as the original poster here - in good faith).

exactly i was going for my sis new baby on coming july 5th now only my mom going on sunday nothing was fake in my document i submitted my original business documents as im doing my own business. Submitted my own bank statement of more den 55lak and they didnt even consider it my office is a registered brand what more ties that want???
Nothing was fake nothing missing in whole application including original invitation statements property documents assessed by engineering firm

Sad to hear that. It seems like a pretty okay profile over all. 55 lac might be over doing for a visit visa. But for some body owning a good running business it should be fine. I would just add that for people from Canada including CIC, going for sister's baby may not be a good enough reason to give visa.

But then they should have mentioned purpose of visit instead as a reason. That is all i can say with the info you could give.

If you are very keen may be you could order GCMS notes to see the reason for refusal. But i am not sure notes are also available for visit trv. They are available for all other sorts of visas. They state clear observation or concerns of the visa officer for CIC's internal record and often greatly help people for fixing their reasons of refusal when they reapply.

I just re applied today at 2pm in vfs office lAhore.
I described in details in my cover letter about the reasons of rejection
Hopefully they will consider it seriously this time and will allow me for this stupid visa thing
Lets see wat will happen next...
