Assalam walikum I'm new here.
I am from pakistan. My wife applied for my immigration in Nov 2013
We got approval as a sponsor in January and they sent application to Abu Dhabi
We got the acknowledgment letter on March 16 2014
Our ecas says application received and second line says medical received. What is the next step because we have not heard anything after march 16. Please help me out thanks

hi i applied 9th of june and completed my birmatrics process on 10th after that still waiting..... where did ur mother apply for?

She applied from Lahore, paper based and did the biometrics the same day.

After medicals are done from your end, they will ask your passport and any updated info in your application. Good luck.

WS, i also would mention that you should already be aware - PR processing is very comprehensive and time taking compared to Visitors, students or worker applications which are primarily for temporary resident status.

Though i am not sure i understand why your application is being sent to Abu Dhabi. All PR applications are processed from London visa office as far as i know.

This shows the second stage processing time from Pakistan is 32 months, from Abu Dhabi, its 15 months, but i don't see how it can be processed there if you are living and applied from Pakistan.

AOA ALL,

I am looking to apply for my TRV application online, I am wondering to attend the engagement ceremony of my Maternal Cousin Sister, she moved to Saskatchewan for her job and living their from last six months, she is sponsoring me for my trip to Canada ! my questions are what documents I need from her and what documents should I attach with my application from my side. She is Permanent Resident of Canada and very soon she will get her Canadian Passport. I have my Maternal Aunt and friend also in Ontario, they will also provide me Invitation letter to visit them ! should I attach all three invitation letters ? what else I need to make my application successful ?

I will really appreciate if someone helps me through my process.

WS,

It just means you would have to get your passport from VAC in a day or so (when they receive it) and then you would know the result of your application.

First and foremost, i would have suggested if one would know. There is no telling.

Even if we could try to get some outcome, it won't have been possible without knowing what you applied for.

Was it a trv, study / work permit? Did you apply online or on paper? If not trv, then did you undergo medicals or not?

These things might give some hint. But that is about it

Me and my mother applied for TRV From lahore vfs
10th april 2014...Passport and documents submitted
11 th april ... Documents recieved
13th april... Your application is in process。zzzzzz
And yesterday on 24th your processed decision has been despatched from canadian embassy islamabad to your selected vfs office lahore.
