Dear Ume Rayan

Y u need 2 send ur docs 2 dehli visa office...y not Islamabad? I mean are u residing in India? plz make it clear

Dear Anabia

Well I didn't send anything to New Delhi myself. Its IOM who send Medical results of all Pakistani applicants to New Delhi Office. They do it because they have clear instructions from CHC, London to do so.

Basically New Delhi Office is regional office who is responsible to verify/review all of the medical reports & then send their final review to CHC, London.

I hope you got my point. By the way, concerned visa office for all Pak PNP applicants is London. All correspondence is send to CHC, London directly. Islamabad Office has nothing to do with PNP applicants. They just stamp visa stickers on passports.

Regards

Yeah.....CIO, Nova Scotia transfer our file to concerned visa offices for further processing. In our case, visa office who deals with Pak applicants is in London. Usually there are few steps involved from AOR to PPR(Passport request). It includes:

1: Additional Document Request
2: Medical Request
3: Updated forms & PCC request
4: PPR-1
5: PPR-2

London visa office issue visa sticker & CORP(Landing paper)after PPR-1. Islamabad Office is responsible just to stick that sticker on passports.

Re: All Pakistani PNP Applicants submitted file @ CIO in 2012

I'm copy/pasting the PPR1 email that I receive from CHC, London:

Dear XXXXXX,

Your application has reached the final stage of processing. Please follow the instructions in the attached letter carefully. Your file number is indicated in the subject line of this email. It is a 'B' followed by 9 digits.

Unless your passport or the passport of one of your accompanying family members expires on an earlier date, your permanent resident visas will all expire on 14 February 2014.

Note: The attached letter is in Portable Document Format (.pdf). To view it, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If the Adobe download site is not accessible to you, you can download Acrobat Reader from an accessible page. You can also visit the Adobe site for online conversion tools for PDF documents.

3 PCC for same country? Well according to my poor knowledge we just need 1 PCC for Pakistan.

You are not required to provide previous PCC details. They'll request you to provide your police record since the month of last PCC like I made first PCC till May 2012 & recently VO asked for updated PCC starting from May 2012. But don't apply for new PCC right now. You'll get this request 3-4 months after Medicals.

I guess you are waiting for first response from CHC, London after AOR. You can get Add Doc request + MR + RPRF altogether. Its better to prepare following documents:

1: Settlement plan(MUST)
2: Bank statement since last 6 months(MUST)
3: Work Experience Paragraph(Its just like CV)(OPTIONAL)

Passports & recent photographs of all family members should be ready for MR.

I hope it helps.

I strongly agree with ume rayan for the submission of pcc.

Re: All Pakistani PNP Applicants submitted file @ CIO in 2012

Sister Ume Rayan

I have submitted my CSE on 23 July 2013 and auto reply received as below:

This acknowledges receipt of your email to the Beirut Immigration Section.
Please ensure you have sought the answer to your question at both of the
two following websites: www.cic.gc.ca and www.lebanon.gc.ca. If you are
making a case-specific enquiry, please be advised that you will not
receive an answer if your application is within published processing
times. Processing times are available at www.lebanon.gc.ca.

My question is that why they mentioned Beirut Immigration why not London visa office . Or all the CSE they send to Beirut for the same?

Please let me know if you have an idea about it.

Are you residing in Middle Eastern Countries or Saudia?

If yes then it happen in case of many Pak applicants who are residing there.

Actually its not we who decide our visa office. Now a days CIO, Nova Scotia takes this decision by themselves. Usually they choose Abu Dhabi or Beirut Visa Office for people residing in UAE or Saudia.
