Re: All Pakistani PNP Applicants submitted file @ CIO in 2012

Following are the documents & their order which are required if you are attaching a translation:

a: Notarized English translation from certified translator

b: Affidavit of translator (An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document.)

c: Certified photocopy of original document (To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature.)

I notarized all of these three documents just to be on safe side. I hope it helps.

Hi Rashid

No they will not inform anyone about their decision. They just let you know about their positive decision by sending a LOA via snail mail.

Re: All Pakistani PNP Applicants submitted file @ CIO in 2012

Hi all

I wanna share a bad news regarding MPNP. :(

The Conservative government announced changes to immigration services by cancelling its shared settlement services agreement with the province. Those changes take effect April 1.

The federal government is now accepting more single people and international students rather than people with large families & going to accept just 5000 applicants per year. ???

Kindly check out following link for more info:

Hi Rashid

No this point system is applicable to all applicants applying after 31st March. Old application will not be assessed by this new points calculation.

Sorry I'm too bad when it comes to SINP & AINP. My knowledge is too much poor. Why don't you post your query at SINP forums. I hope there would be many who can reply.

Wish you all the best.

As a Permanent Resident, you can take as much amount as you want along with you. You need to declare it at port of entry if it is more than $10,000 CAD.

There is NO such restriction to carry less than $10,000. In fact, we need to carry sufficient funds along with us according to our family size. Although for PNP applicants there are no such strict rules to carry/declare all of our funds that were shown in our bank statements but still it is advisable to carry as much fund as mentioned by CIC.

Check out from following link that how much funds are required according to your family size:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-settlement-funds.html

You can carry these funds in cash or 50% cash & 50% in bank draft which is in CAD. You can get that draft from any money exchanger. It would be just like bank draft made for processing fees/RPRF.

I hope it helps.

Re: All Pakistani PNP Applicants submitted file @ CIO in 2012

Thanks Ume Rayyan !

I have one more question.
at the moment i dont have enough money (20654 CAD (for 4 dependents)) in my bank account. but when i will leave my present job, i will have enough money, which will be more than 20654 CAD. My question is,
Is it possible that i get official letter from my current company that, if i leave the job my final settlement will be THIS MUCH AMOUNT.
This letter will be acceptable for CIC visa office LONDON?
