Re: All Pakistani PNP Applicants submitted file @ CIO in 2012

My passport just got renewed recently and the passport no. has changed slightly (incremented by 1). Does anyone know if I need to update CIO/VO regarding this change? Do I need to get a new nomination certificate/PCCs which quote the new number or the old one will work? Thanks.

Hi

I assume that you are waiting for AOR/MR from your visa office. So whenever you receive it, send a copy of your new passport along with other documents & attach a covering letter with your documents. There is no need to inform VO about it as soon as we got a new one as it is not at all a big issue before PPR.

Re: All Pakistani PNP Applicants submitted file @ CIO in 2012

Hello All,

I just received Medical Request from London Visa Office :). They asked for the following:

-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee
-Medical results (you will receive separate emails with instructions)
-Original UK (ACPO) police certificate for yourself
-Documents #1 and #2 listed in the attached 'PV2' letter (Bank Statement and Settlement Plan)

Got to provide everything in 60 days so just a little tense.

Thanks,
Fahad

Re: All Pakistani PNP Applicants submitted file @ CIO in 2012

Hi All,

I am in a bit of a situation in terms of Medical Exams. I read on this forum that we need passports for scheduling the exams which is a problem for me. Actually I applied for passport for my 2 children (1.5 and 3 yr old) in 1st week of December and they still haven't arrived >:( (I had no clue that MR would come so early else I would've applied for urgent). I also applied for renewal of my passport which is pending too (Although I got my old one with cancel stamped on it).

Can anyone confirm if its possible to schedule Medical Exam with IOM in Pakistan without passport (the forms just mention suitable ID). Would appreciate response if anyone has similar experience or suggestions.

Thanks,
Fahad

Hi Fahad

Congratulation. InshAllah I'm sure you'll be able to submit all of these documents within 60 days.

Don't forget to attach a covering letter mentioning all documents which you are submitting. Also send them a copy of your new passport & Medical payment receipt.

Best Regards

Hi Fahad

Oh that would surely be an issue as IOM don't accept NIC nor old cancelled passport for medical(according to best of my knowledge). They want current & authentic passport number of each family member for medical examination.

I think you'll be able to get kids passports before medical as normal processing time is 2 month. While you can use your older one.

Kindly send an email to IOM and ask them about your situation. They can guide you much better than me & may be they'll agree to give you an appointment without passports. Here is their email address & they usually reply you back within 1-2 days:

mhdislamabad@iom.int

I hope it helps.

You'll get ALL correspondence from CHC, London through email. They don't send any request via snail mail since last few months. Even Medical forms are sent via email.

I hope that now you'll get Medical request, RPRF & Additional doc request all together as you can see M. Fahad previous posts that he got MR, RPRF & Doc request all in one. CHC, London is now a days is really speeding up the PR processing time.

Wish you all the best. I hope you hear soon from CHC, London.
