hi dear please tell me if u have some information abt timing after PPR1 to PPR2.meanz how much time they need to send PPR2 aftr ppr1 they said 6 week .but i just confrm do plzz tell me if u hsve knowledge.THANKS

No its not just additional doc request but actually for Pakistani applicants, CHC, London is far slower as compared to others & MPNP applicants have the most slowest processing.

You are a Pak applicant too? you got Add Doc Req already?

PPR2 is taking 1-2 months these days. If 6 weeks time period was specifically mentioned in their email then you'll get it within or after 6 weeks.

PPR1 means that you'll get PR visa no matter what. So now start packing & enjoy your last few months in Pakistan.

Oh I see. Then most probably you'll be able to get stamped passport within 4-6 months(few Alberta applicants got visa in 4 months, don't know about MPNP).

I'm not sure whether you got a reply to your query yet or not. But still I'm replying. According to my observations, it takes 2-3 months to receive back complete file from CIC, Nova Scotia. They send it via regular mail.

No CIC will not inform you on their own about status of your file but you can ask them about your file if they are taking more time then given time period of 6 weeks.

Hi all

Finally I was able to get an appointment for medical at IOM, Lahore.

I tried their UAN & email both on friday too but their phone remained busy nor they reply to my email ???.

Today I started calling them at 8 a.m & still their phone remained busy. Finally after continuous efforts their answering machine picked it up & put me on hold for another 30 minutes. Finally after a long long wait of 1 hour, I was able to talk to their operator.

This whole effort makes my belief more stronger that getting a PR visa is all about patience

Hi all

I just wanted to share to how to get an appointment for medical examination here in Pakistan.

Well in Pakistan only IOM is in panel physician list of CIC. To get an appointment, you have to call at their UAN i.e 051-111-466-472 or you can get an appointment by sending all of your details at their email too i.e MHDISLAMABAD@iom.int.

Try to call them at 8 a.m. Put your passports in front of you before calling them. Details which they require for appointment are:

Passport numbers of all family members
Full names
Date of births
Visa Category i.e PNP, Spouse or FSW
Your contact number
City where you want to go for Medical examination.

I got my LOA within 4 months, although they issued it even before 3 months but I got it by regular mail after 22 days.

Don't know about current duration but I'm sure it will not take more than 4-5 months.

I replied to your query on another forum but anyways I'm replying once again.

Yes Sponsor's Interview is a COMPULSORY part of MPNP nomination. Usually they issue LOA within next couple of weeks after interview. Interview is a good sign mostly.

I don't think that there would be any issue if you are able to demonstrate successfully that you have excellent relationship & stronger ties with your parents as compared to your brother & you have decided to settle in Manitoba no matter what.

But whole visa process is too much unpredictable. Anything can happen at any time. So my advice is "Alwayz hope for the best but do prepare yourself for anything worse....Allah always knows what is best for us".

Thanks for your's information. Dear When you received LOA from MPNP then you send your's documents to London Visa office. Canada Visa office is available in Islambad.What's the reason is that Why you not apply in Islambad office and apply in London Visa Office.
