I misunderstood his timeline & thought that hez a 2011 applicant thats why his processing is far slower or might be he changed his timeline.
Yes there are chances that he didn't get/lost MR that was sent via snail mail but still in that case CHC do ask(via email) for medical results if they didn't receive anything even after given duration of 60 days.
Yes its better to enquire about his application status by sending a CSE. I always suggest that we should send a CSE after every 1-2 months just to make sure that CHC is working on file or not.

Yes sabif you are right. CHC started email correspondence in November to send Medical request as well.sabif said:What if they sent it via snail mail and it got lost by postal service??? This happened with my LOA. His case got IN-Process in June 2012 and they were sending MR by post till Nov 2012 as far as I remember. Please correct me if I am wrong.
