Kayden, you are OK - CIC Ottawa has a PO Box - the mail gets dropped off there by Canada Post, and is picked up by CIC the next day they come to check the mail. Ours is on it's way back already while the package going "to" is still out for delivery.KaydenB said:
I can confirm what terulinkarezinka said. It is the same for me. My Xpresspost to Ottawa is still "In delivery" but the return envelope has been activated and guess what, today I got my CoPR. Within the next two to three business days (mind the weekend!) your MyCIC should be updated to "approved". Only if this isn't happening for over a week, then you should be worried and contact the CPC.KaydenB said:

You just have to email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca as per the information letter sent to you. How long has it been since the time you sent an email to them? Maybe try again if they haven't replied in a weeknymphche said:
Once I saw your message, I decided to check myCIC again. Then it shows "updated" in front page when I sign in, inside, same as yours "Final decision: not started". When I go back to front page, it says "Approved"!! Yeah!! Now I'm in the same situation as yours. They may send us passport tomorrow.
