Not really but some people also received the file number starting form E00 as observed in these forum. so I was wondering what is it about?

what do you mean you are refused by buffalo under canadian class??? is that hapenning? why? i heard all you have to prove to immigration is you work as skilled for 2 years thats it!! so whats the reason they refused you? pls. share it is really a bad news...
