Its a confusing page, Somebody saying saying Humber is good Centennial is not, In other page people r getting Visas from Humber, Now what is your opinion? Humber or other, 3 years or two years.????
Isn't it possible to change the semester after landing there? I have no choice except summer, cause Fall and Winter deadline is already gone.

Please reply,
I cannot make any comment on Humber college as I didn't study there. I think Humber is a B grade college. You should try for A grade colleges such as George Brown, Centennial or Seneca college in Toronto. If you get admission on A grade college, there is a higher chance to get visa. In addition, there is a higher chance to get a job under PGWP for the students of grade A college than grade B.

If I were in your position, I would go for two years program as it is cheaper than three years program and the duration of PGWP are same that is three years.

How did you know that winter deadline is gone? I think still there is a time to get admission on winter semesters.

Nope

If you are willing to get admission on different colleges in different cities, try community colleges in Alberta or Saskatchewan. It would be easy to get a job after completing the program under the PGWP.

My tracker just says "Passport delivered at Counter on 26/08/2012: Collected by In Person. " even after taking my medical and submitting my passport.
It does not say "under processing" anywhere and I get not get any FedEx tracker number from Wahab's after my medical. Is that alright?

The VFS tracker is s**t, three days ago mine said that my application was still being processed in Singapore, the next day it was dispatched from dhk and yesterday i got it here in ctg. I still think you should call or got to the vfs office to clarify what happened.

Ziauddin, bro no one can tell you what your chance is other than the visa officer. Your fund seems good enough to me but getting visa depends on a lot of other issues such as your past academic records, study you want to pursue in Canada, your travel history and many other things.

Rini, it is not a problem if you want to finance yourself. Just write an explanation that you worked abroad and saved money. However you said you came back before three years. What did you do after coming back? If you did something then it is fine but if you did nothing then the VO might think you are not well established in your country and might try to settle in Canada. In that case getting visa will be a problem.

If you deposit huge amount of fund at a time; yes, you need explain source of fund. I think the more info you provide, the better chances are to get visa. VO would decide your case based on the info you would provide to them.
