I know I'm already late. I'm gathering all necessary documents as I will be getting no time for visa processing. Can anyone please tell me How can I collect "property (land) evaluation Certificate"? Do I have to go to Banks for the certificate? Can you specify exactly which bank provides such service?

Go to any CA Farm and take your sponsor's deeds with you and they will make different valuation papers for each sponsor and it may cost around 3000 per sponsor

My one also reached there on 24th May 10 Days !!!

Please let me know how long it usually takes to reach to the High Comm of Ca, Singapore?
And what would be the next status of tracker then?

It takes about 10-12 days to reach Singapore and start processing. Next status will be it reached SG and application is processing.

Guys I've got the medical call today, Went to the VFS very early in the morning, Heart bitted too faster, When I opened my one, saw the medical call and it was a great sight of relief . My docs reached SG on May 24th and I applied to VFS on May 15th and the medical call issued on May 29th , Took juts 6 days to make their decision. Going to the Wahab's Medical center, Baridhara right now, Don't wanna make late as per the new rules medical result need to sent in the Canadian embassy's regional medical center in Manila, Piilipine. So early response is needed. Pray for me guys for the ultimate success and to see the maple on my passport. I'm also praying to allah for all of my brothers and sisters success towars VISA.
