VFS will call you as soon the receive it and status will be updated on same day. Nobody knows what is inside until you open it. So hope for the best. Good luck

BTW spark, my tracker says: Passport received at High Commission of Canada, Singapore, , Pin:160017, Tel: on 28/05/2012 and is under processing. But my email said it reached and started processing on the 20th. What did ur tracker say?

Akib my tracker says nothing now,its blank but it said earlier that "Passport received at High Commission of Canada, Singapore, , Pin:*****, Tel: on 24/05/2012 and is under processing."

I got an e-mail too but it says passport received by the local canadian embassy. I suggest you to check the e-mail again, I hope they mentioned embassy in dhaka cause all the applications follow this chart : VFS>Dhaka embassy>Singapore embassy (Through embassy courier service)>Dhaka embassy>VFS

As you submitted in sylhet. so you may need 1/2 days extra not sure bro but hopefully you'll hear something within a week most probably

Hey why did they dispatch the passport from Singapore without having ur medicals? Are visas stamped in Dhaka?

I think they return passport when you get the result of 1st pool ( Medical/Refusal) and then again you've to submit the passport to vfs again. May be not sure.

They send you back all the files and your passport in a sealed envelop with the outcome (medical/rejection). After medical is done, you will again have to go to VFS to send back your passport.

Submitted my applcation to VFS on the 28th... my tracker says "passport has been dispatched to Singapore.. transmit might take 2/3 days.."
Eagerly waiting for their response. Will the songapore high commission acknowledge once they've received my package?
