Is it necessary to submit IELTS point in Visa application?

I know some students who got visa without submitting IELTS point. I think IELTS point should be submit if University/College who wants IELTS.

Some University like "University of Saskatchewan" & "John Molson School of Business - Concordia University" requirement is If a student complete 4 years bachelor degree where the medium of study is English don't need to submit IELTS point.

Submitting IELTS result is a best decision, if u have ability to get a min overall band 6.5 on test. Because in visa processing VO should eager to judge ur language proficiency. But he don't have a scope to judge u, coz interview is waived. So, better u prove it by IELTS result.

At last, IELTS or any other language test result submission is not mandatory by app checklist, but strongly recommended.

My friend wants to apply from BD, currently in Kuwait.

His family transaction is in Islami bank and also he got properties in Noakhali. Will Islami bank account be okie as proof of fund

He can show his fund by any Bangladeshi Bank. No problem.

I have got offer letter form New Burnswick for M.Sc. in CS. I am now preparing for the documents, but I am having problem specially with the Fund declaration. My sister and her husband will fund me apart from my own fund. I don't know how to prepare these documents and made the declaration.

Any body have any idea or doing the similar things, kindly let me know. It would be very helpful.

Declaration of sponsorship from each of them and bank statements from each of them.And you will have to present strong reasons behind why they are sponsoring not your parents. This will have be added in the Study Plan.

I never hear the name of Fanshawe College, so can't say any judgement about this college. As far I know, the top colleges in ontario province are Centennial College, Seneca College, Georgian College, Humber College, Gorge Brown College etc. Centennial & Seneca has good reputation over there for short and mid level secondary/post-secondary courses.

Compared to universities, it's really hard to find college rankings online. Having said that, none of your mentioned colleges except Georgian made to the top 10 based on graduate satisfaction in 2010-11 by Maclean's. I am not sure of the Study Plan yet. Can you share me in details or any link.

Also as of my understanding, for sponsorship, I have to take a Proof of relation Letter & Document from my sponsor along with his/her Employment Certification, Salary Certification, TIN document of 2 years, Family dependency document, Sponsor letter to CHC, Affidavit of Sponsor and Affidavit of Financial Support. I am not sure whether I am confusing to all these documents and I am also not sure how to prepare some of these documents.
