Hello Hamidur,

Thanks for the reply. So, the Canadian Work Experience related score will only be given when someone will work inside Canada. In such a case, I am confused in Work Experience issue. Because, in such a case, how an applicant will get score from Job Experience? Moreover, how score will differ for applicants who have 10 years of experience and who only have 1 year experience? Accordingly to CIC, I understand, job experience is important issue and different experience holding applicant will get different scores.

Yes, CIC prefer and encourage people who are already working or worked in Canada and thus allocated as much as 70 points extra to them who have Canadian Experience. Now, if you have job experience outside Canada, you can't have that 70 points as Core / human capital factors, rather you can achieve maximum 50 points which is distributed in Skill Transferability factors.. Check the Foreign work experience part from this link..

I also want to add that, Job experience also plays an important part to determine your eligibility of 67 points requirement, where you can get Maximum points for 6+ years. However, For CRS points, with 3 years one can get maximum points.. So Job experience plays an important role for your eligibility and CRS points..

Thank you very much for clarification. It's OK now. So, I understand, I have very little change to get ITA. Whatever, let's hope for the best.

Hello!

a) Which category is easier to get ITA and PR - Skilled Worker or Skilled Trade?
b) I searched in WES Canada and found a package for CIC at C$226. However, WES also mentions a basic package at C$129.95 for immigration purpose. Only difference between these two packages is the first would store my transcripts and the other wouldn't. Is there anybody who help me?
c) If one has MS but applied to immigrate under trade category, will there be any problem?

Hi,

Could suggest how should I deal a Closed Down Company Employment. One of my prior Companies already closed down, and (almost) same management has opened same type of company with new name. I collected experience certificate from my earlier management. I am planning to collect that Closed Down Company Registration and Closing Documents, however I don't know how to submit them with my experience certificate. Any idea or suggestion?

Work History
My situation is after I graduated I was working in a company for 6 months, then changed job with current employment over a year NOC B, they both are different NOC. I will claim current job which is over a year under CEC.

Question,
Do I have to mention 6 months job in my work history, even though I will not get points as it is less then a year. Only to show in work history.

Don't really know whether you need to show that in EE.. In earlier cases, for FSW14 forms, there was a provision where one should include all employment history after 18 years of age or last 10 years.. I have more than 13 years of experience.. of which first two jobs were in different NOC. My current Job is more than 8 years in a single organization.. I included all of them.. For current one, i will be able to provide all documents.. For previous two jobs, it will be only basic reference letters, not in the format CIC is asking..

AFAIK, for EE application, you should bundle all required documents in individual files for each of your jobs.. So, for such case, you can bundle Experience letter, Visiting card of authorized reference of the company, Pay slips (if any), Closed Down Company Registration and Closing Documents, Company name change registration info or anything applicable to make your case stronger..

Salaam Alaikum Everyone!

I am a recent College graduate with an Accounting degree from an accredited Canadian College in Toronto. Currently I am working my way towards the 1 year work experience required under Canadian Experience Class for PR application. I also have 3 years of Part-Time work experience from Bangladesh while I was completing my O & A levels. Will this work experience count if I included this under my Express Entry Application. I am concerned since I don't remember mentioning this experience while applying for my Post Graduate Work Permit. Any suggestions will help!

Thank you.

Dear Concern:
This is Tanvir from Bangladesh. Actually I am planning to apply under Express Entry (EE). Since I have only 359 points, I am planning to appear again for IELTS and try to achieve equivalent to CLB 9, which I know is bit tough. Anywayz, I have very limited knowledge and seeking someone's help for the following queries:
i) When do I have to keep my money (for 2 person) in the bank account, 6 months before applying in the EE or at the time of applying in the EE or when ITA will be issued???
ii) If the requirement in 6 months before applying in the EE, can investment in Shares be counted as fund requirement?
TIA... :)
