The reason they ask for T4 is because they want to match if u worked the appropriate hours. Say in 9 months you worked 37.5 hours and per hour you got 20$. So total amount in t4 will be bit less than your expected salary...if in t4 your amount is very low it shows that you did not work the appropriate hours.

I do not undertsnad why you did not get t4 as a contractor. Employer is suppose to provide T4 to CRA every year. I can see only other option is to provide pay-stabs for every weeks you worked...

Hi, curious_123 I have 2014 T4's, but right now I dont have NOA as I havent file my 2014 return yet.Even thogh if I file 2014 now it would take a month or so, I am wondering if I can apply for PR without NOA. Do have any idea what should I do in this situation.

i dont know to be honest...bit i would provide t4 + patstabs+ reference letter to verify my hours....

Thanks for reply, yes I can provide t4 + paystubs+ reference letter to verify my hours. Hence tomorrow I am going to file my 2014 return, probably writhing 15 day I can get NOA insha allah.

after you return, they will give u a paper that u filed ur tax...u can include that as well....
