Now, this is a cool answer Mr. cool_man
RPRF will be needed to be sent to SGVO with medical report. As you/we are "in process" for a long time we can expect to get our MR+RPRF any time now, so we should be aware beforehand, which bank's bank draft is acceptable by SGVO

here is a story---my two friends both r dentist both applied on 27th february,
both Singapore vo
friend a friend b
both got per on 30th march
both of them got relatives in canda
got 12points from ielts got 10 points from ielts
didn't receive any 2nd AOR got 2nd AOR on april via letter
ecas showed in process from may in process from may
after 10 days of in process got mr!!! no update till then
laughing in joy crying in fear
relative work in royal bank of canada,got own house relative dont have any job,dont pay
relative staying at ca for5 years\ any tax.
relative payee tax relative staying at Canada for 1year


all other factors are same!!!whats the priority

From this information shall we say that after our files reach to SGVO, the files are actually being reviewed by VOs, if they pass the 2nd eligibility review, the files will be put in the queue to go IP and for those do not pass the 2nd review will be returned? Some lucky ones will go immediately being processed (like Casayed's lucky friend).

And based on this simiple thought, is it safe to conclude that if the files have been with VO for more than 2 months, it is quite possible that the cases passed the 2nd eligibility review?

FOR BANGLADESH: Standard Chartered Bank is the only bank in Bangladesh from which we accept bank drafts
Print your name on the back of the bank draft.

my frnd who got recent mr request he got instruction to write principal applicants name and even file no
at the back of the bank draft.didnt ur visa office gave instruction about that?
we r talking about landing fee not initial bank draft.in initial bank draft there is no instruction about it,so dont b tensed

FYI only.....one of friends who is a post June 2010 (MI2) applicant got MR yesterday. He is under NOC 1122. His file was received by CIO Sydney office on Aug 5, 2010.

Dear Jahangir Bhai,

I am not sure about your question! Are you asking how many days it has taken to issue MR or how many days it will take to complete the process after MR?

If you are asking how many days it has taken - please note that he applied in Aug-2010. His status e-CAS went "In Process with the processing has begun on March 1, 2011" from 2nd week of March 2011.

Please feel free to let me know for any further clarification.
