Hi this is Zaman.
First of all I would like to give my thanks to this forum. This is really helpful.
I am an applicant too.I applied on November,2010.I have got my 1st AOR on 22nd Feb,2011. I got married in Jan,2011 and send my spouse's file in March and I get the 2nd AOR in April,2011. Till now my status is "RBVO". I just wanted to know that in june,2010 rule what would be the max time to get the visa?

I applied to the Singapore Visa Office in August 2007 under the old system and still waiting for visa office requirement letter. Can any one please advise me how long it may take to get my turn?

have you been told to provide the full documents? what does your CAIPS say? when is your BF'D date?

How on earth a VO controls your luck!! FSW applications are NOT DV lottery..

now a days it also depends on luck one of my frnd got mr in 4 month,isnt she lucky??
many members waiting after rbvo more than 4 months

Pls note, that my RPRF was returned once with a letter stating that SGVO will only accept a Bank Draft of SCB(standard Chartered Bank)...I sent one from EBL. This is very important.

Now, this is a cool answer Mr. cool_man
RPRF will be needed to be sent to SGVO with medical report. As you/we are "in process" for a long time we can expect to get our MR+RPRF any time now, so we should be aware beforehand, which bank's bank draft is acceptable by SGVO

Dear seniors,

I am going to appear in the IELTS soon. As per CIC guideline <as quoted below>:

“.......Test results from an approved language-testing organization: You must submit test results. You must provide the original. Photocopies are unacceptable. Language test results must not be older than two years old upon submission.
Proof of language proficiency is required for your application to be considered complete, otherwise it will be returned to you.”

You know that I will get only one ORIGINAL Copy of Test Result from British Council and CIC also needs the Original result sheet..

During IELTS registration, they are asking maximum 5 names of institutes/ agencies if I require British Council to send a copy direct to them. However, I have not yet submitted the Application to CIC. In that case, I can not mention my case-file number there also.

Could you please advice me. If I give the Original one to CIC, I will not get the original in future if I require it again. As per example, if I fail in CIC and I try again to elsewhere for immigration, I may require the Original. What to do? :'(
