MVO asked me to send original PCC, which I had to send via courier.
Passport must be sent via VFS only, but VFS Dhaka doesnt transmit passport to MVO, AFAIK. They only work with SGVO.
R u sure they asked for original passports or scanned copy of them ?

Hello group mates,

After long time, I got doc request from manila :
1. update personal information.
2. PCC
3. Original of all passport issued to me. (!!!!).

and they wrote : All requested documents, unless specifically instructed to submit an original, should be
sent as an email attachment to MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca.

So should I send all original passports to manila. Be infrom that still i haven't got MR.

Need your advise.

Thanks.

In my case they asked to sent PCC via email. But mentioned to sent original of all passport issue to me in the list.

Today I raised CSE to clarify whether they asked passport through courier or email

Hello Everyone, we got our PPR in 7th January 2017 and 11th January 2017 we have submitted our passport to Bangkok VFS for SGVO. We got msg after a week that on 17th January SGVO officer received our pasport and at the same time ECAS updated our timeline after medical 6th line by saying they sent us correspondece so if we dint submitted yet we should do as soon as possible. Surprisingly from "Decision made" it turn to " In Process" again.
We checked vfs tracking n its showing passport being processed. My question is why from decision made its gone to In process status again :( plsssssss any one knows shout out

Dear,
We sent our passport on 19.12.16. VFS status is still under process. & Ecas status was Decision Made. In the mean time, we got MR for our new born which we hv performed today. but now Ecas status is In Process. I think my baby's ongoing medical issue is reason behind this changed status.

Don't know about yours, sis. Nyway, best of luck.

thanks for your reply. I think then its normal cos the processing is going on for giving VISA..just predicting..

I have an important question. My spouse and I applied via FSW2014 and our case is assigned to a super lazy officer. My spouse is the main applicant and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY POINTS BECAUSE OF MY EMPLOYMENT.

Our eligibility and medical and security are passed.

All this time, I was self employed in a low level NOC (in my country) because I thought I was moving to Canada. Instead of committing myself in a related/better NOC (in my country), I chose a light work so I had plenty of time self-studying to build a background for a future career in a much better NOC in Canada (for the furture). I once again want to reiterate that I thought about 10 months of waiting time and did not even think we could be kept waiting for 30 months.

Now the problems arise because I am getting multiples of very nice job offers since last year and the only reason I didn't accept them is that I thought I had to inform the visa office and that pretty much scared me. Because I do not want to increase the processing time of our application. I am a little worried that they might reset the background checks because of my possible employment change.

I really need some certificates that requires some backgrounds in the related fields. My potential employers are also willing to give me more job experience testimony if I join them. This is something that I really cannot miss. But at the same time I am reluctant to endanger our application in a way that can cause more delays. It is a really bad dilemma.

I would be thankful if you could tell me if it is fine that I do not mention this potential change in application to them. I am still not sure if it is mandatory to report this or not. I again reiterate that I am not the main applicant and I have not received any points because of my degree or experience.

Long story short: I do not want to report this to the visa office because they might want to run the security checks again. What are the consequences if I do not report to them?

Thank you in advance

i dont think u need to inform them if u switch a job or doing anything else except leaving ur spouse. Ur job changing doesnt matter to them. Ur wife's can be matter not urs. Neither u need to inform them.

yes but in the AOR email they said:

If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals.

I do not know if there is a way to get away from this. Because I really need those positions.

the changes must be about the Main application. for example as my husband is the main applicant..now though my IELTS raised his score but still if I change my occupation it doesnt matter. cos I am dependent applicant..not main

Thank you very much.... I really really hope this is the case.

Two questions:

Why would they care about a new employer if the job experience after submission of the application has no points/score? Are you sure it is not related to other reasons? For example security reasons or human right violation related matters? For example the applicant or his/her spouse might have changed their employer and the new one makes them inadmissible for human right violation matters!?

Is it possible to point to a reference?

if the Principal applicant change the employer (which can happened within 2/3 yrs but not that often) he or she should notify. changing to employer cant be inadmissible until it covers the same duties of your given NOC.
about dependent applicants..its really doesn't matter.
